What Neostex supplies
Neostex publishes reviews, readings and guidance about free browser games. The site hosts no games, sells nothing and offers no accounts. All of it is general information, not professional advice, and you decide for yourself what to play.
Games run by someone else
Every Run button sends you to CrazyGames, which operates independently of us. Once you arrive, its own terms and privacy policy govern what happens, including accounts, saves and any advertising it shows. We cannot control changes to those games or their availability.
Who owns what
- Our text, line drawings, tolerance tables and page design belong to Neostex.
- Each game’s name, logo and cover artwork stays with the studio that made it and with CrazyGames; they appear on our cards purely as identification.
- Short quotations credited to Neostex are fine in reviews, essays and lessons; reproducing more needs written permission from the office.
Fair use of the site
Hammering the server with automated requests, probing it for weaknesses, copying the sheets wholesale with a bot or pushing advertising and malware through the RFI form are all off limits, and addresses caught doing so may be blocked.
Accuracy and liability
We take care to keep every sheet correct on the date of its revision, but games and listings change without notice, so some detail may have drifted by the time you read it. So far as the law permits, Neostex accepts no responsibility for losses caused by relying on the site or by your use of other platforms.
Your consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law survive these conditions in full wherever the law says they must.
Referral links
Some outbound game links may be part of a referral arrangement that pays Neostex a commission. Following them costs you nothing, and the arrangement is kept entirely separate from our readings.
Applicable law
The laws in force in Queensland apply to these conditions, and any dispute about them is to be heard by the courts of that state and the courts able to hear appeals from them.
Amendments
Neostex can amend these conditions whenever the site changes. The revision line in the sheet header records when that last happened, and carrying on with the site afterwards counts as accepting the amended version.
